How To Transform Layer Size

This is a Photoshop CS4 tutorial about how to change the layer size. Layer that can be change its size are the unlocked layers, means that you can do this with locked layer such as Background Layer. You can rotate, resize, skew, distort, add prespective, and even warp it.
